Hi, my name is Kelly Aziz and I am the author of the Free to Eat series including Combat Your Cravings.
I have a huge interest in health and psychology, having studied psychology for over 10 years and health and nutrition for over 5. My quest for health started along time ago and I really started to focus on it once I fell pregnant with my son. I have since then overcome asthma, allergies and numerous other health complaints. I have also overcome my cravings from giving up a 2-huge-bars-a-day chocolate addiction to emotional eating. It hasn’t been easy but research, self awareness and a determination to succeed have gotten me where I am today: free from cravings, free from emotional eating, free from bingeing and most importantly free from depression.
I am very happy and want to share what has helped me with others.
